By accessing or using JobsLMS at jobslms.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered members of JobsLMS.

• Learning Management System (LMS) with MCQ-based tests and leaderboards
• Career discussion board for community interaction
• Career blog with expert articles and advice

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Pakistan or international law
• Post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Use the platform to conduct illegal activities of any kind

5. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload on JobsLMS (your CV, discussion posts, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Content

All content on JobsLMS including website design, blog articles, tool interfaces, LMS questions, and code is owned by JobsLMS and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Discussion Board Rules

Our discussion board is a professional career community. All posts must:

• Be related to career, education, or professional development topics
• Be respectful and constructive in tone
• Not contain personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media handles)
• Not contain adult, sexual, or inappropriate content of any kind
• Not be spam, duplicate posts, or promotional content

We use automated content filtering and manual moderation. Violations may result in post removal and account suspension without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The CV builder or career tools will guarantee you a job or interview
• The platform will be free of errors, viruses, or security vulnerabilities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsLMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of job opportunities, or any career outcomes. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@jobslms.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
